This is a plain-language summary of how Lento handles your information. Last updated October 2026.

What we keep

Your email address, your plan (free or paid), whether you have a Lento Circle membership and the date it began, and whether you chose daily nudge or weekly practice emails. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details.

What stays on your device

Your check-ins, moods, notes, and progress are saved in your browser on your own phone or computer. We cannot read them. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, they will not follow you.

Who handles data for us

Cloudflare hosts the site, stores your account record, and stores the audio practices. SMTP2GO delivers our emails. Stripe processes payments. We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can switch off nudge and weekly practice emails in the Account tab or with the link in any of those emails. To have your account record deleted, contact us through www.trevorjamesla.com.
